Accuracy on passive soundscapes

Every accuracy figure on this platform is measured on focal audio, where a microphone is pointed at one calling bird. Two models that are statistically indistinguishable on focal recordings agree on 3 of 21 passive soundscape segments. The Australian Acoustic Observatory publishes 898 human verifications and none are at Northern Territory sites, so there is nothing to download. The labels have to be made by ear, here.
